Clear Out the House was founded in 2009 by Lisa K. Lowy and Lorie Hart who have a passion for art, antiques, wine and helping people. We are fully insured and registered as a Limited Liability Corporation with the State of Ohio.
Clear Out the House is also licensed to conduct online auctions by the State of Ohio Department of Agriculture. License #2022000091.
When Lisa’s mother passed away, she needed someone to help her liquidate her mom’ belongings. She realized there was a demand for an estate liquidation service that combined professionalism and knowledge with the compassion to treat her mother’s belongings with care and respect. Clear Out the House was established, based on these principles.
